Clean your jewelry gently with a jewelry cleaning cloth or soft toothbrush and dish soap.

Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, and chemicals. Avoid excessive exposure to salt water, chlorine and sulfur.

To remove, cut the jump ring with scissors or nail clippers. If you need to cut off your piece for any reason I provide one free re-weld.

Repairs are free for the first 7 days after your appointment. Please send a photo of any issues you have.

Repairs due to stretching/pulling or a lost chain are not covered under our warranty.

If you need to remove your chain for any reason I will re-weld once for free (within first year).
